Default Recovering NATURALLY!!

Hello.
2 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. After 21 years of an eating disorder (anorexia and bulimia) my weight going from 28 kilos to 52 but mostly under 40 all my teenage years and up to 36.No periods most of my life. from age 16 to age 28 no periods. Then again no periods age 31 toage 36.
I live in the UK where drugs are not available for peole my age with unbroken bones. My hips had lost 40% and spine 30%
I was devastated.

I had my second scan 2 days ago. I AM SOOOO HAPPY! I have worked hard for this. I put on about 15 kilos since 2006 as I was 38kilos and no periods.

I struggled to tolerate this. I still suffer from bulimia. I creid days for gaining weight but I wanted to be ok for my DANCING which I love.

So, I went on a mission. I started taking calcium (Osteocare) with magnesium etc and my periods returned 4 months after I was diagnosed due to my weight gain.

I have kept the weight for two years now and...

My NEW results showed an IMPROVEMENT in my spine 14%!!!!!
and my hips 12.5% !!!!!

I can believe that despite my bad nutrition (I don't really know what I eat as I eat and trhow up all the time so I don't know what remains) my density has improved!!!

Maybe the calcium?? the return of my hormones? The weight?

In just TWO years a lot of improvement. I was told people with more than 10 years of eating disorders do not recover or that the percentages are 1% per year or something like that.

I am amazed and wanted to share my joy!
