This is my basic bone friendly day.
Breakfast. Yogurt drink (fresh fruit big big scoop of yoghurt, blender). Walk, normally about an hour (three miles or so, more of a stroll really) Drink (Milk shake: fresh fruit, milk, ice cubes, blender) On a sunny day this is normally good for calcium, vitamin D and weight bearing exercise. İ'd like to try something in addition to walking though, for my arms and stuff. Would like to do Tai Chi but no local classes. Any thoughts on this diet (İ eat tonnes on top of this of course, just try to get these componants in each day)
