Default Natural Osteoporosis Treatment

At a certain age we should all be getting adequate amounts of calcium, magnesium and vitamin D every single day to help build stronger bones and help prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis. This can be done by adding foods with these nutrients to your regular diet and, or with supplementation if really needed.
Either way there is alot of info regarding natural osteoporosis treatment out there and can all be a big help when done properly.

Any questions or other info regarding this is more than welcome.
